DMW DUAL CAB CONVERSION

This impressive GR Sport underwent a DMW dual-cab conversion, transforming it into a versatile touring machine. We outfitted it with a premium GCI Traytec tray and canopy setup, combining rugged durability with sleek design to handle any adventure. Perfectly tailored for off-road exploration, this build showcases the best in functionality and style.

EXTERIOR ACCESSORIES

Rhino Rack roof platform with a modified Backbone system.

1500mm X 2000mm canopy. This is a custom configuration based off a D-3-DF configuration. We have added in the new twin drawer on the drivers side.

On the left side, 130L Bushman upright fridge, The signature GCI Traytec camp kitchen with the appliance pantry above.
On the drivers side this customer opted for the new twin drawer, 40L Evakool fridge, and our large power board housing.
On the rear wall we have gone for the J-S configuration. This allows for 2 jerry can holders, Spare wheel holder with drop down ladder and a shore power inlet.
We have opted the over hanging roof rack for this customer. This is perfect for when using a Roof top tent. This also gives us a great location for auxiliary lighting

Redarc BMS12075 ALPHA Battery Management System.

400AH Lithium battery power in the canopy.
80AH Lithium battery under the bonnet for vehicle specific loads.

3000W Redarc inverter with shore power changeover.
500W of solar on the roof maintaining 2 seperate auxiliary battery systems.
Shore power inlet on the rear of the canopy.
Under-bonnet lithium battery system with 25A Redarc DC-DC charger.
Redarc water tank level sender units for precise monitoring.

LIGHTING

Bushranger Night Hawk spotlights with adjustable brightness and colour.
Lazer Lamps Linear 6 Elite Plus lights for side and rear illumination. These lights offer a colour changing mode. Fantastic for insects or dusty conditions.
Lazer Lamps Linear-42 light bar mounted to the roof platform for powerful forward lighting.
Interior canopy lighting with dimmable functionality and amber/white colour modes for convenience.

SWITCHING SYSTEMS

This build features our digital switching system.
8 way keypad inside the cabin. We modified the sunglass holder to house the keypad.
On both sides of the headboard we are using a 4 button keypad to control left, right and rear lighting. We also control the water pump.
Inside the roof top tent we have an additional 4 button keypad for same lighting control. This is fantastic when getting in and out of the tent at night time.
In the canopy we are using a Redarc Rogue TVMS1240 to control several items. Work lighting, Inverter, USB Outlets, hot water system. The list goes on.
